Served as the first Overseer Head following the creation of the ("new") Helios Foundation, and served initially as the Overseer of Centralized Intelligence; and Overseer of the Ethics Committee, established numerous executive policies but was retired due to exhaustion of patience for SITE HELIOS. 

Served for the Golden Age of Helios, and was the prominent reason that the Foundation exceed all other expectations, under his leadership Site Helios was able to attain a level of activity and membership it has never seen before or since. 

The replacement of NeuroFifth, he didn't really handle much leading XeXileIVX and Ar_qx having to collectively take up the mantle of Overseer Head due to his incompetency and inactivity, is it likely that he was a friend of FearMortality's era.

The replacement for JordanNCS, oversaw multiple departments and handle with the reconstruction efforts of Site Helios under numerous administrators. He has the "pillar" that every Administrator relied upon for advice, development, organization, etcetera.

Appointed by Bivonic, he was originally the O5 Head at his other Foundation, which was originally an Area Omega (REDUX) copy. He was active, and though he didn't create many issues, he was not as persistent or effective at leadership as previous O5-X's before him. 

Appointed by Inisun and numerous contributions towards SITE HELIOS both in maintaining its infrastructure but also its administration. Though his inaction led to numerous issues related to intelligence associated with SITE HELIOS, which ended in its shutdown.

Reigned during the "Permanent Death Roleplay" that was handled by krutty, didn't actively participate in anything, and most was a member of "GRAVEWHISPER", a community based around Permanent Death from 2022. No significant changes or actions.

Appointed by Inisun, and within its new Revival Stage of SITE HELIOS, there is not much to report yet as the revival has not happened however not significant has occurred with regards to the O5 Head in decision-making outside of the permanent ban on any Intelligence departments.
