The Manufacturing Department is the Foundation's architectural team responsible for fabricating the materials and systems utilized by Foundation infrastructure, fitting them with state-of-the-art systems for the prolonged operations of containment & research. The Quality Assurance Team handles with upholding infrastructure standards.

The Manufacturing Department, does actively recruit, and hire new members. All members of the Manufacturing Department are members of the department due to them holding a given talent that is used by the Foundation to help provide game support for SITE HELIOS, all members have their own unique traits that they use to handle with day-to-day development operations.
Individuals can be recruited into any of the following branches:
Building; OR
Scripting; OR
Modelling; OR
Voice Effects; OR
Visual Effects; OR
Sound Design; OR
Graphic Design.
These branches are the core elements that make up the Foundation's Development Team. Often times this process is handled by departmental command or by the owner (The Administrator) directly. All assets produced by individuals for SITE HELIOS are paid for and are by extention property of the group itself.
