O5 Command, a collection of individuals whom talents allow them to oversee and handle with all operations within the Foundation its many departments. Due to their important and critical factor, O5 Command are rarely known about or ever seen. Especially for those who know of the Foundation's existence.
The Administrator
49rar, previously known as Inisun, has owned and operated Site Helios since May 5th, 2024, and has been reigning as The Administrator since then, proclaiming himself as the "Final Administrator", and is currently in-office.
Prior to this he did not oversee any given departments, however he owned several Foundations prior to this, and currently owns: UPSILON, CHECK IT CONTAINMENT.
The Foreman
RichardLFlorentin, has been serving as the O5 Head since May 5th, 2024 when he was appointed as the O5 Head, and is currently in-office.
Prior to this he did not oversee any given departments, he does oversee the Administrative Department, and O5 Command.
XeXileIVX, has been serving since December 19th, 2025, and is currently in-office. They were initially the Engineering & Technical Services Overseer in the past, and has held the title of Site Director in the past.
They currently oversee the Department of External Affairs.
SomeSerialKiller, previously known as LVLunmatched, has been serving since December 21st, 2025, and is currently in-office.
He currently oversees the Scientific Department.
BRUTALlSE has been serving since December 19th, 2025, and is currently in-office. He was initially the Executive Assistant for Office of The Administrator.
He currently oversees the Security Department.
AlastorTitanite has been serving since December 19th, 2025, and is currently in-office. He was previously a member of the Central Intelligence Department.
He currently oversees the Ethics Committee.
Aciseus has been serving since December 19th, 2025, and is currently in-office. He has been the Overseer of Task Forces multiple times in the past, originally serving from December 2022, as well as October 2024, he also has been the Director several times in the past.
He currently oversees the Mobile Task Forces.
Feiight has been serving since December 19th, 2025, and is currently in-office. He has been a prominent member of his Department since December 2022 and has been actively serving in every Helios Generation before and after him.
He currently oversees the Department of Anomalous Productions.
0xUnkn0wn has been serving since December 21st, 2025, and is currently in-office. He is a prominent member of the Development Team, and has been serving since Inisun's first era of being The Administrator.
He currently oversees the Manufacturing Department.
